"Fabrique en France pour Cousnon & Co. Paris avec les procedes brevetes de la Columbia Graphophone Co. limited, London, E.C.I." Roughy translates as, l "Made in France for Paris Cousnon & Co. patented with the Columbia Graphophone Co. Limited, London, ECI"
