Need help identifying a horn and crank - Thanks!

I recently acquired this horn from a friend. At first glance I thought it was for a Columbia front mount machine. At the small end there is a slight shoulder where it tapers down. The edge of the small end appears factory so I don't believe it was cut down. Any ideas?

The crank is a real mystery to me. I'm quite sure it is not for a phonograph but I think it is for some type of mechanical music. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Jerry

Jerry,
The horn is a Talkophone one. The aluminum elbow fits on the recessed end of the horn. The crank looks like one for a music box. I'm not sure which one, though.
