Is this a REAL Hand Wind Berliner, or just an "aged" copy?

No, it is a (not very good) copy. It sold last week at SAS auction for around 600 english money.

Bought for £600, sold on eBay for £1,786.00. Nice chunk of profit for something the seller advises bidders to "bid on ... as if it were a replica."

They're almost certainly the same machine, but here's what I don't get... why in the world did they replace the knob?
