Looking to buy a Victor Victrola Orthophonic 4-4 "Granada" or 4-40 phonograph in the Washington/Oregon area. Condition can be from "complete (or mostly complete) and needing repair" to "needs nothing". Willing to travel for the right machine. Thank you.

I would not have known to check the Skagit County Craigslist. I took the ferry boat over to Whidbey Island today and picked it up -- so now I am the proud owner of a VV Granada in excellent shape. It had been in the same family since 1935.
What a deal! And browsing through those 200 free records is fun too!
