That is a Philco model 1-116PC radio/phono from 1938. It features the Adam styled cabinet. It uses the Capehart 10-12 drop-type record changer (not the flip-over model). I happen to have a 1938 brochure that pictures it. I would say it's probably pretty rare, especially in nice, unmolested condition.
