PM notification via email not working?

I have received two recent PMs, but I am not being notified via my email of these PMs. They are not in a spam folder. It was working up to April 8th, but not now.

I do have "Notify me on new private messages" in the global settings, set to yes.

Has anything changed recently?

Nothing has changed, no. In fact, I just received a notification earlier today. Beyond going to spam, I'm not sure where the email might be going. I will check on my end to see if there is anything out of order.
