Victor Searchlight Horn

Hi Folks...Is this the real deal or a repurposed searchlight horn??? Also seems pricey, but....

It's a Searchlight horn for Victor. They were made for cylinder and disc machines.

real deal. The horn is usually found in the cylinder configuration with the small end. Jerry B had one of these Victor format for sale a couple of years ago. I don't think it's worth $1250, that's as much or more than a wood horn would fetch. At least Jerry included the machine for that price.

heh heh, the seller called a Search Lite horn. :roll: Maybe he listens to music only at nite.

as with most things from this seller, really overpriced and likely directed toward the foreign market. he used to "specialize" in flipping credenzas.

...looks great, but less fulfilling than an original Victor horn :lol:
