XVIII For Sale or trade-SOLD

After much discussion with my wife about the number of machines that have come to inhabit our home in the last year, I have decided to sell the XVIII that I restored this past winter. I love it, and would love to keep it, but I think it is best to find it a new home. I got a lot of help from forum members with this project, and would like to offer it for sale here. I listed it on Craig's List today, but I will remove the listing if anyone here is truly interested. I am asking $1100 in the Craigslist add, but will accept a reasonable offer. Usually on Craigslist I get offers much less than the asking price, and that is why I set the price where I did. $750 would be gladly accepted. I am not sure if anyone on the board is close enough to Memphis, TN to be interested, but here it is:

http://memphis.craigslist.org/atq/3785113110.html

It has been discussed at length here on the forum: http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... =2&t=11685

I would like a Victor III, IV, or V and would gladly discuss a trade (even for a project machine). These are interesting to me, and smaller than a floor model, and I can display one on top of my VTLA or my XVI and not take up any more real estate in the house.

Thanks for looking!

Matt

Beautiful machine and the price is right. I sure wish I had the space.

I have a buyer for the machine if I can get it to Union. My wife and I will be in Alaska at the end of June, so no Union for us. Any chance anyone is coming near Memphis, TN on their way to Union? The XVIII could use a lift.....
