I am looking for an HMV Claude Hulbert Limerick record. Does anyone have one for sale?

Does anyone have ANY multi-track puzzle records? I have approx. 40+ different titles, so I am looking for records that I don't have. These are very interesting records, if you have encountered them...

Gee, I wonder why Edison never made any?

They weren't all that popular in the US for some reason. On the Victor label "The Conundrum" turns up on occasion, it's from an HMV master.
In the early 30's Columbia issued some multi track records on their bargain CLARION label and the late electric HARMONY and VELVET TONE labels. They will have instrumental and vocal versions of the same piece - you have to look for the words "Double Track" on the label, otherwise they're the same as the regular issues. Worth keeping an eye open for in piles of cheap records.

I have over 40 different titles. Victor made a record called "Puzzle Record" and also a Jimmie Rodgers puzzle record along with the Conundrum. They also made an obscure Victor scroll record "Pick the Winner" #24022-A and an orange label Victor scroll that is a polish puzzle record. Most of the other puzzle records I have are either no name horse race records or HMV and Zonophone puzzle records. I am tempted to make copies of all of the labels and post them if there is any interest...

I forgot to mention another Victor pressing from 1938, which is unusual. One side has Lionel Hampton "Ring Dem Bells" and the other side is the same "Pick the Winner" as the 1932 pressing. The unusual part of this is that I have looked at a number of Lionel Hampton Ring Dem Bells records and have only found 3 with the horse race on the other side... most have another Lionel Hampton song. This seems strange to me... why would Victor have a race horse version anyway? Was this made for speakeasies or gambling joints? It certainly doesn't seem made for the mainstream market...

I've discovered that a "puzzle record" was recorded in 1901!
