Motor and Motor Board needed for VV-IX 1913

I am in need of the proper motor and board ( mahogany) with the hardware and a crank!
I think this board has four moutning holes as my machine has four mounting brackets
with four threaded holes. I have four motor board screws as well.
The motor has the male attachment.
Any leads or help is greatly appreciated as this is the only family phonograph and I want to get
it in correct working order!
