I would be afraid to go to a show like this. I would go crazy from overwhelment.
It looks like the weather is nice there from the last pictue.

Curious: Is that last photo a front mount Reginaphone?

I have never seen one, outside of a cut in a book of clip art….

The RCA clock on Dominic's table looks familiar. However the outer ring looks replaced. $1500 seems a bit high for the later style of this clock. That said....they don't come up very often.

This looks like a Miraphone to me. Like Regina with their Reginaphone, the Mermod Frères company (Swiss makers of the lovely sounding Mira music boxes and Stella music boxes) made the Miraphone in an attempt to combine the music box with the external horn phonograph. Regina never made a music box cabinet (that I am aware of) with rounded, fluted corners as this one has. You can see the corners if you zoom on the picture. However, this cabinet style was very commonly found with Mira music boxes.

It is a double-comb Miraphone with original base cabinet.

Rich,
Thanks for posting for all of us that can't be there, but wish we could.
The fancy cased Columbia AO in the 5th picture would make an awesome Father's Day gift. I found one four blocks from my house at a garage sale six years ago. It was in excellent original condition with an original aluminum horn.
Had to let it go to pay medical bills, but loved it while I had it.
PS:
gramophone78,
That's one beautiful Victor clock!

Happy Father's Day to all the collector dads out there!

Thank you. However, the early model is nicer and rarer. The marquee was easy to break. So, many were replaced with just an outer ring.... The later model was "ring only". Looking at the pic again....I see the one at Union has the time setter in the center of the glass. That is early. So, it would have had the marquee originally. Here is my other (early) model. Too bad it's so bright when I took the pic. You can't see the green inner neon. Note the adjuster in the center....

Great pics! I love looking at these shows...kind of like the Eaton's Christmas Catalogue when I was a kid.
