I haven't posted anything in awhile. For my return from this brief repose, here are a couple of very nice Decca recordings from 1934 by Noble Sissle and His International Orchestra, recorded in Chicago. The disc from which these were transferred was very clean, fortunately (some of these early pressings could be quite gritty). You might be able to pick out Sidney Bechet!

Very clean pressings indeed, they sound great. Like the tunes too.

Thanks, Wolfe. Bechet actually plays clarinet in addition to his signature soprano sax in the first two songs. And Sissle sings on the first as well as the third.
