Classic example of shill bidding?!

The bidder with '7' feedback is bidding on behalf of the seller, no? This item has already been "sold" once for the dirt cheap sum of 600 Euros. It has now been relisted straightaway without any plausible explanation, although eBay itself clearly doesn't recognise it (clever seller) and the "buyer" is back bidding on it again but only when a probably genuine prospective buyer submits a bid!

Here is the earlier "auction" showing '7' taking home the loot, or not, as the case may be:

It does seem like a shill bidder. If you click on the hidden name of Mr (7) it shows you his bidding profile for the last 30 days. Bid on 3 items, all with the same seller.
