Are you referring to the carrying handle or the winding handle? New carrying handles are easy to obtain, as per Estott's posting. Winding handles, with some exceptions, are usually only available secondhand, but can often be obtained from the same specialists.
Hope this helps!

I assumed that carrying handle was intended- the poster sounds American and over here we call a winding handle a Crank.

Indeed, but I think the poster is from the UK. I twigged this after hovering my mouse pointer over the poster's email button.

I'd wait until you actually have the machine before doing anything else. I've bought two 102's from Ebay with "no winding handles" recently, only to find in both cases that they were wedged down the internal horn.
Good luck!

I am indeed in the UK in the good old smoke!! And I am also a twit for not saying that it was the winding handle I was after, also I have done a bit of research to try and find a player that will do justice to later pressings and think I made a bit of a boob as this one has a No 16 soundbox, yes I have read all about the No 5 being the best, but ah well, I can but hope! I have a columbia 112A and it really doesn't play some records well at all, but then maybe it's the records haha!!

Winding handles appear regularly on UK eBay with wide price variations, but what worries me is that without the handle you are unable to test the motor.
Did the seller claim that the motor was in good working order? If so, you may have some comeback if it is not. For future reference, if a listing does not mention the state of the motor you should always ask questions, and if you do not get satisfactory replies do not bid.
The No.16 soundbox fitted to early 102's was a "sealed for life" unit, and if it failed the owner usually replaced it with a 5A or 5B. Both can be found on eBay, but prices can be high.

Welcome to the forum!
If Mike Childs (Soundgen) can't oblige, try Ken Priestly at Holmfirth Antiques.
