Just wondering if anyone recognizes this stand (or even if it is a phonograph stand). At first I thought it might be for a Regina, but the drawers are only 11.5 inched deep.

Does it have any depressions on the top?

Anything in the drawers to indicate they might have been made to hold cylinders or discs?

To me, it looks like a music box stand. Regina did make 11 inch disks.

No depressions on the top, and I have never seen the inside of the drawers. I thought it might be a Regina or other music box stand, but have never seen a serpentine one. The owner does not want to sell it, but wondered the same thing.

I've never seen a music box stand made it that way, although of course I haven't seen all the designs. My guess is that this is just a regular small chest designed with a little extra flare.
