It's a very nice piece, but it is a plant or ornament stand - dates from the 1880's

Giving it a nice antique-red-finish paint job will make it truly sparkle to brighten up any corner!

Size would be just perfect for a couple of my table-top machines.

And maybe a home for a Nipper in the lower part.
