Really nice instant 78rpm operatic collection

First, I have no relationship whatsoever to the seller of this collection. Second, for most of the singers shown, the records are not all that uncommon. However, the previous owner (late sister of the seller) went to considerable trouble and expense to have custom binders made for each singer!! I'm sure the binders were not inexpensive. This would be perfect for a budding operatic record collector (at the minimum) and the albums would look great on a shelf.

It seems nice, but I have had a lot of trouble getting in contact with the seller and getting straight answers when I do reach him...

I wish I could do labeling like that. What machine can make letters like that on library tape?

Actually, that isn't any standard library machine. The person who commissioned these albums had a professional book binding/printing house emboss the artists and descriptions in an album spine material, color the letters in gold, and then glue these to the albums (akin to the way Victor or Columbia albums were produced in the 30s and 40s.) It was a very expensive process--which is why, in 40 years of collecting, that I have never seen custom-made albums like this.
