I have never seen a 'lazy susan' cabinet like this.
It holds 100 discs and there is an area on top to view the slot number. Very interesting and I like it. (fyi, it's offered by Ironage on eBay)

"Antique Phonograph Accessories and Contraptions" p 212 shows a picture of a nice one. I guess this qualifies as both.
