I have been out of the antique phonograph scene for about two decades. I remember Norm Smith made reproduction front mount supports and tone arms. I tried to google him and I guess he has since retired any new sources?

Yes - as I suggested on your other thread, try JAS Antiques. He bought out the Smith's reproduction business. He is listed as "ladenjus" on eBay.
