Did anyone know the modelname of this gramophone?

It's a Columbia BWT. It uses a Talkophone case after the lawsuit. After the lawsuit, Columbia used Talkophone cabinets for their machines. The horn is unusual. I've never seen a Columbia horn like that before. The machine is circa 1910.
