Congratulations to your new Victrola and welcome to the forum. Here is a link to copies of different Victrola manuals. Even though the specific one for your VV-XVI is not listed, they are all very similar. The VV-XIV or VV-100 should be very close. You can also keep a lookout on eBay, originals or copies come up from time to time. Copies are usually in the 10-20$ range. Expect to pay quite a bit more for originals.

thanks ALANG I did manage to get a reprint on ebay from a guy in California for 20.00, I appreciate the help
