That's the first thing I've ever seen on this forum that's actually given me a shock!
I read the title, and was expecting a crapophone, or something similar, but not that. It beggars belief!!

Christmas is coming, so perhaps they need a large drinks cabinet

Note the spelling; it's not a proper "gramophone", so that makes it OK, as we say over here.

It makes me cringe the way the seller says..."could be hollowed out"
...maybe his heads been...hollowed out!
Seems it just needs the mechanical parts and some love to bring it back to life.
