Hi folks!

I just cleaned up another of my very small hoard, and took her for a spin.

The sound tube has a lot of slop at the elbow joint and is real loose fitting at the the soundbox flange, too. I shimmed it in both places, but I'm not real happy with the sound, so bear with me on this one! I'll be looking for a better one as a replacement...and a couple of ball bearings for the taper arm support. The reproducer has a good gasket and wax, and the flange is new.

Here's a video:

And a couple of pictures:

So far, it sounds good. I looks good, too. Once you rebuild the reproducer, add the ball bearings, and flange, it will sound better. I've always liked the VV VI. They are nice machines.

Thanks guys, for the comments. I appreciate the feedback, for sure, given that I'm pretty new to the collecting aspect of this hobby.
