Hi- I sent two PM's to a member yesterday-- This morning I see that they are still in my outbox and haven't been sent-- It's been nearly 15 hours since they were sent. What is the process that PM's go through? Why are they not sent in a timely manner?

They have been sent. They are in your Outbox because they have not been read. Once they are read, they will be your Sent folder.
