"Modern Gramophones and Electrical Reproducers"

It has been many years since referred to my copy of Wilson and Webb's seminal work "Modern Gramophones and Electrical Reproducers". I now find that it was one of the volumes which I lost some years ago. I am trying to find the chapters which refer to electric reproduction. Has this book been reprinted? I believe I recall a facsimile edition was offered sometime in the 1980's. Does anyone know of a copy for sale? An e-book version would be acceptable, though of course a hard copy would be preferred.

I also lost my library of radio magazines ("Radio World", "Radio News", "QST" etc.) I recall a couple of articles from 1926 and 1927 ab I'd really love to know what issues theywere in so that I may find them.out home-building an electrically amplified phonograph, including one which fitted a home-built electric amplifier into a Pathé Tudor style Art Console. Do any of you remember these articles?

I don't see "Radio World", "Radio News", or "QST", but perhaps you can find what you're looking for among the periodicals listed on this site:

Good luck!

Thanks! Your suggestion led me to the article that I remembered.

The article that I remembered was not in "Radio News", but was in the June, 1927 number of "Radio Broadcast", and written by James Millen, no less.
