What we have here, is what appears to be an early Victor MS motorboard and motor, fitted onto a later front mount M cabinet!

According to the seller this is "as found" straight out of an attic. But, according to my eyes, the marriage appears more recent!

Interesting. I would agree with you. It appears that the hinges don't line up on the motorboard for one thing. On the other hand it's very strange that the crank seems to line up pefectly. Were those motors that close in design?

be interesting to see the final price. One way or another there are alot of very desirable parts there.

Not really, because this is a Victor M cabinet as well. The first listing is also a Victor M cabinet, but with a Victor MS motor board and motor. Marrying the two would only put a Victor MS motor in a complete Victor M cabinet - that is if the holes all lined up properly.
