Is this a Victor?

On an online auction (I can't go see the machine) this machine might sell for a decent price. To me it looks Victor/HMV but I don't recognize the box. The crank looks wrong, but the hole is in the right place / the brake reminds me of one I have on a HMV horn gramophone.
What do you think? I like the horn! I have only these 2 pictures.

Looks like a Victor V which was washed in hot water!

The dealer tag is from Vienna, Austria (Wien). Might be a Deutsche Grammophon AG machine changed for the Austrian market? The decal seems scratched out, but the dimensions could be from the "Grammophon" logo. The dealer tag seems to sit in the spot where the recording angel logo should have been. It even has an angel in similar colors and is flush with the motor board surface. You should ask on the German forum, maybe someone there knows more? I think it looks great.

Definitely not a Victor. Looks like possibly hand made / enhanced using parts?

The length & width do not look right... They appear much to short to be a Vic 5 or late D.
Your right the crank probably came from a floor model.
my 2 cents

Thanks for all points of view! I've tried the german forum before but failed to become a member, too many parameters in german and I just won't get it done in time / the auction ends tomorrow saturday. I speak german pretty well maybe I'm not technical enough!
What do you think of the horn? Victor?

As Andreas already pointed out this is a Deutsche Grammophon A.G. type "Monarch III" double spring model from around 1911, selling price 213 Mark with wooden horn, converted about 50 US$. Case and horn are walnut. Originally, the case was high-gloss polished. A nice and rare machine.
Perhaps the crank was pulled out too far in the photo studio, because the shape seems correct.
In case you win it at auction, will you please send me a few photos that I can introduce the "Monarch III" in the horn gramophone section in the German forum:

Thanks for the additional info Starkton.
This would also make a great Featured Phonograph on this forum (hint hint)

@Snallast: just send a PM to the admins of the German forum, I'm sure they will help you get signed up. Some of them are members here as well.
