WANTED: Victor Motor Part (please see photo)

I am need of one of these. I am not sure what to call it! If anyone can help out, please let me know.
Contact either Wyatt's Musical Americana, or George Vollema at Great Lakes Antique Phono, either will have it. I got one from Wyatt's. Wyatt's also has a PDF catalog of the various parts with names for each. I struggle with the names as well, comes with being a newbie.
