OK. This is back up for sale on eBay. Wasn't listed very long last time around, this time for sure it will sell. This is pretty much the only existing soundtrack for this movie and no film is currently known. One of the 104 'Lost Films of 1929'.

I found a 1929 "mention" of the film:

Sounds like the eternal triangle plot -- two men in love with the same girl, in this case, a gold digger!

Based on the information at the Internet Movie Database, it was a part-talkie -- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0020215/

Using the Library of Congress database mentioned in this article, the film apparently exists in the US Archives:
