Queen Anne "Lowboy" identification needed

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a little help in identifying a phonograph (sic).
I have a friend with this machine and he can't find any tag or data plate. The only identification he has found is on the electric motor; it has Victor patent info cast into it c.1915.
The soundbox and tonearm is foreign to me and doesn't remind me of Columbia, Sonora or Victrola.
Thank you in advance for any help,
Fran

Well, for starters, that looks like it might be a black painted Fletcher reproducer:

The tonearm also looks familiar to me, but I'm not sure of the manufacturer.
Definitely not produced by Victor, Columbia, etc.

Thanks, Joe. I know I've seen a picture of a tonearm like this somewhere before, but darned if I can find where.

Could that be a Cheney tone arm?

I think Fletcher as well- most definitely not Cheney.
Looks to be a very well made machine with that curved swing out turntable compartment and the nicely fitted horn. How hoes the arm connect to the horn?

I'm thinking Fletcher as well. Looks like they might have been, um, "inspired" by Columbia's cabinetry.

I'm not sure, yet. The drawer has to be closed to play is all I know about it at this point. I should be able to examine it more carefully soon. My friend told me it's mine if I want it, but I'm just not sure if I should make room for it or not.
It's pretty neat and it would make a great surface to exhibit other instruments.

Thank you, Tom. That's the arm, without a doubt.
