I need a needle bar and diaphragm for a Busy Bee Grand reproducer. I'm restoring my first phonograph and I'm anxious to play a record on it. I think that the diaphragm is 1-⅝" in diameter. I'm looking for original or any combination of parts to make this work.

The remains of your needle bar are not original. I believe the reproducer you have was made by Norm Smith. There is a seller on Ebay who took over his business and still sells complete reproducer Perhaps you have obtain the needle bar, diaphragm and clamping ring from him.
