Milwaukee Talking Machine question

I am starting to renovate a Milwaukee talking Machine "Dalion". It was delivered to me in pieces and I have no assurance that there are no missing items. There is a mechanism, possibly a brake, on the motorboard below the turntable, with a controller(?) in one corner, but no connection between them. I am attaching pictures. Can anyone tell me what is missing and/or how it goes together? The knob in the lower right corner of the picture is the rpm control.
