What kind of motor does it have, the older Zonophone design or a Victor design?

What kind of motor does it have, the older Zonophone design or a Victor design?
Well, the answer is yes! It has the ball-bearing turntable shaft, gearing and spring barrel, like the older Zonophone, But it also has the motor frame and governor like a Victor, and last but not least, a speed control of unique design! It appears to be sort of a transitional design.
The Serial # on the motor is: 7658
