This lonely 18" Nipper is looking for a home. More importantly.....he is looking for a Berliner Trade Mark. Since this size 18" is scale to a Berliner......makes it the most sought after. These Tempo manufactured hard plastic Nippers were made in the 1960's. You can always tell the early made ones.....the brown paint takes on a green hue.
