This is a Heineman Universal tone arm and Reproducer which can be turned to play all types of records provided the proper needle is in place.
The paper decal inside says "Artophone" but this can be used on other suitable machines including Magnola etc.
NOTE: There is a small crack where it has been glued in the bottom base where one of the screws go in and a crack on the top of the arm tube that has not spread since I acquired this in the 1990's.
