Wayne, Was this for a gold plated reproducer? I don't know if HMV had gold plated Exhibition, No. 2, or No. 4. Also, do you have any idea when this box was made? It sure is a nice one and a possible candidate for an early cabinet model I have.

I have no idea if the box is for a gold or nickel reproducer. I do know a Victor Exhibition fits inside perfectly. I would have to think it's early given the over all quality of the piece and it's like my #10 case (Victor deluxe case). I would say for a external horn model.
