Good starter Victrola - VV210 - plays well - $175.

After 40+ years I am moving out my very first machine. I need the space and this little Victrola needs a new home. (If I had the money and space I'd keep it - my Mom bought it for me in 1973.)

Perfect for somebody that's a beginning collector. Motor and Reproducer overhauled in 2004 (after a 6 month stint at the La Habra Children's Museum - yikes!). Plays well, sounds good. Original finish - some scratches, dents & alligatoring but quite presentable. Original felt on turntable - a bit tatty from the Children's Museum, but still serviceable. New Loud and Soft Tone needles and some records will be included.

Will be offered at yard sale this weekend but will hold for TMF member. Pick up in Los Angeles, CA area (Covina - 21 miles east of Los Angeles). PM me if interested.

Still available. Reduced to $100. Has a few additional scratches on front thanks to a new puppy, but substantially what you see here. (Largely hidden by application of kiwi wax.) If you're coming out the the APS show I can deliver (or you can stop by my house - about 20 miles north).

The 210 is a great sounding and solid performer in a compact cabinet, mine was my "front porch" machine for years. This is the model I gave to a budding young collector in my area a couple of months ago along with a few boxes of 78s. I'm pleased to say that he uses it almost daily and is itching to stop by again and pick up a couple others I'm giving him to help get started. I'm glad too, somebody else is enjoying the stuff I no longer have space or use for!
