Columbia desk phonograph?

Hi,
Thought I'd post a phonograph style I've never seen before. Looks like it was made this way as I found a picture of one just like it via google. Location is in Fargo, ND.

Pretty interesting slide out with the louvers on the opposite side.

This is the Mission Oak version of the Columbia Desk Regent. family. You don't see these to often. Most of the Columbia Desk Regents are Mahogany with claw feet. If any member lives in that area, has the room, and money, I'd strongly recommend buying it.

A desk talking machine may be worth buying to add interest to a collection but don't buy one with thoughts of using it as a desk unless you are well under 5' tall. Jerry

Collectors often call these Regents "desks," but I believe Columbia marketed them as resembling a library table. :)
