What kind of bullsh** is this? A potential buyer asks the seller if he will combine shipping for those who win more than one cylinder (see Q & A in listing) and the seller responds that he cannot do so, as the shipping costs were predetermined. I don't understand the rationale for such unnecessary rigidity!

Maybe he's selling for someone else and that's what they agreed to or, he just doesn't understand Ebay's treatment of shipping charges. He only has 23 feedbacks with only one as a seller.
