In good condition a machine like this is stunning. But I question the condition of this one. I'd like to see more photos. Jerry

Yes, it's real. I have a VV-130 decorated this way from the Victor factory.

This is the only other picture I have atm, I'm going to go see it in person soon.
the inside looks to be in good condition.
Does anyone know how much I should offer for it? The seller won't give an price and is asking for offers and I am at a lost atm.
Also if I get it
I am confused on how I should clean it?
lacquer or paint?
since it's not exactly wood, I am not sure how to gauge the condition of the finish..I can't tell if the orange coloring in the picture is lighting/dust/damage or???
That is a Beautiful machine!!...I'm never going to find those books to match the machine -_-

It's one of those machines I'll never part with.
Mine was pretty dirty from sitting in a third floor room for several decades. I cleaned it gently with one pass of non-pumice GoJo and nothing else and it came out looking great.
As for what to offer, I can't possibly make much of a suggestion there, the machine for sale may or may not have issues as the picture shows. These were made in very small numbers and carried a $600 price tag when new.

I'm curious, too! This is an extraordinary find, to say the least.

Sorry I been out of the country since i got the machine. I was actually on my way to the airport when I picked it up.
I don't have any pictures and I had about 15 mins to look at it before I had to load it in my car and told my brother to take it home for me.
The inside is in great condition!
The outside is another story, the Lacquer is chipping all over. one side particularly bad.
I will upload some pictures within a week or so when I get back.
I want to restore it but I don't think the original finish/drawing is restorable anymore?
This may be a massive project.

I know what you mean when you say massive project. This one is sitting in my garage right where I left it four years ago. Jerry
