If I owned it and had it at the CAPS show, I would price it at $200 and hope for $150. Jerry

Small world--- maybe?? I live about 30 to 35 minutes from where that Regina phono is being sold. Many years ago I sold the same model at a yard sale. I sold it for $200. There are some things about that machine that sure look familiar--It's been many years, but I am truly wondering if that was 'my' machine many years ago. Gee--at $37k, I sure wish I had kept it! :)

They are interesting because of the name - that's it - and the tone arm has been replaced on this one.

For posterity, here is a picture for the listing. And no, it is not mine. I would not have the hutzpah.

While Regina certainly made most of its own stuff, I am wondering if this might be a "client" machine made for them by someone else. It looks familiar.

I would say "Yes". The price is fair, but only if I was the seller and you were the buyer! It could also be that the seller fell asleep at the keyboard as he was typing the price and put in a few extra zeros. It's happened before!
