Brunswick Model 200 volume control assembly

Does anyone have any pictures of the speaker volume control assembly for a Brunswick Model 200? I am restoring one that I recently inherited and it is missing the internal parts for this feature and I am trying to re-create. I would be interested in purchasing the parts if anyone has them along with a speaker grill and a model 200 badge.....
