Here is a Victor 1 MG horn with Berliner Gramophone Decal. This is an elusive small end Morning glory horn that fits a Victor 1 elbow without the adapter. Paint is a bit rough but it is a hard to find horn loose. $200 plus shipping or I can hold til the Wayne NJ show. Thanks John Duffy PM, Email or 860-966-2827

I can vouch for these horns. They are very difficult to find loose. I got one 10 years ago for a small case Victor I, and one last year for my late Victor E rear mount machine. This is a golden opportunity to get a very rare, hard to find horn. You almost never see these for sale. No, this is not a paid infomercial.

I didn't know Victor made horns in this style. This isn't your typical Victor petal horn. I have a small type petal horn for an early 1 or E but it looks like the traditional type that Victor put out. Did Victor make this design also?

Hi Wes,
I believe that this style was originally sold through Berliner in Canada, hence the Berliner trademark decal. I do not have any literature to back up this assumption. I can tell you that it looks great on a Vic 1 in place of the small B&B horns. John

John is quite correct. This Canadian horn was also available in a translucent red.

I have what is essentially an unmarked Victor I with this horn (also unmarked) ... the only name or number, anywhere, is on the Exhibition soundbox - and that's marked as manufactured by Victor for the Gramophone & Typewriter Co ... It was one of my earliest Ebay buys, from a Norfolk VA family who said it was brought home by a sailing ancestor. Machine was perfect until a certain brother of mine knocked it on the floor & dented the horn! aargh.
