What an awesome addition to your Diamond Disk phonograph. The Kent Attachment started to be advertised in the Talking Machine World around 1916. It allowed the owners of the New Edison Diamond Disk Phonograph to play records other than the Diamond Disk on their machine. Edison must have been furious, but powerless to stop the sale of this and similar attachments. Previously, when inventors modified his products he was able to sue them into submission. The Kent arm was not a modification, but an "improvement" that could easily be attached and taken off. With this attachment, owners were no longer obliged to purchase only Edison Recreations.

This attachment is in excellent condition and is presented in its original box with paper instructions on top. All parts function and swivel as designed and the reproducer itself is loud. It is unusual to find these in such nice condition with the original box. This would be an awesome addition to your Diamond Disk, not only making it more versatile, but dress it up a bit as well.

The price is SOLD. Nominal shipping and insurance only is additional. I will cover all packaging costs. No PayPal on this one. Checks are fine.
