Has "Lakeland" decal on the case - nothing on the motor or motor top plate except AM Graphophone Co.address and Pat Pend", no model number anywhere, motor or motor plate. The motor plate is black on top and bottom and appears it left the factory that way. Bill K

Ooops, yes it is Lakeside. Well it is nice to know the machine is well-known. Maybe I can come up with a tone arm/reproducer to replace the one which accompanied the machine. Thanks again. Bill K
