You can check with Vulcan in the U.K., I also think Tim over at PhonoPhan sold "Phoenix" brand, Concert cylinder records.

Those are the only two sources that I know of for new concert cylinders.

I can't recommend the Vulcan Concerts highly enough. They are fabulous and worth every penny. I'm just sorry that some of the titles are no longer available, but glad I got mine while they were. I think I have every one they've offered.
