HELP IDENTIFY

Can someone tell me what this is and if its worth anything? The reproducer looks funky.

That is a United States phonograph:

It is a combination 2-4 minute machine and was very well designed - but that reproducer is a mass of pot metal.

A US "Lakeside" Phonograph! I recently heard one play that Tim Fabrizio owns. Very cool, it has both 2 and 4 minute reproducers that can be selected for play.

I doubt that replacements are easily available, they are usually the only part of the machine that goes bad.
