FOR SALE: Sonora Baby Grand in Mystic - $225

Thought I would pass this on, as I don't really have room for it.....
Saw a Sonora Baby Grand in a shop named "MINE" on Route 1 in Mystic/Stonington CT (just east of Mason's Island Rd./Hewitt Rd.): tag price is $225, but seller may discount it.
Condition: Good restorable - lid is off but present, hinge area on case is slightly cracked; veneer and finish are intact but alligatored; motor runs quietly, but will need work on brake and speed; reproducer in good condition (will need gaskets, obviously).
