What is this gizmo on the motorboard? It is mounted on the right side near the reflective horn.

That is the soundbox rest- it should have a little tab pointing upwards so the soundbox sits in it- yours looks bent.

But the bottom of the rest is lower than the top edge of the cabinet, so the soundbox hits the cabinet. Unless I bend the tabs upwards to form a V.
