2nd Earliest Graphophone Type Q

So, I am not one to solicit my Ebay listings however I think this one is of particular importance to the community and it certainly took some emotional effort on my part just to make the listing to begin with.
Continuing with my resolution from last year I have decided to keep but the essentials, only the machines and recordings I use and enjoy the most. This Q is the second earliest that has surfaced. The earliest Q was posted by another forum member on a thread that for the life of me I cannot find. It was in pretty rough condition but was in the 309xxx serial range.
Here is the link to the auction:

By any chance does your machine have the blank side support stanchion?

No, mine has the normal stanchion with the patent dates. It has an unusual inscription on the bottom that a former owner put there... it has his name and address in St Louis, Mo and dated 1945.

I have a cased Q with S/N 373792. Does anyone know if there is a data base so we can get an idea when our Q's came from the factory?

There was a related thread in which another member posted pictures of his Q that had a serial number in the 309,000 block. It, too, was missing the stamped stanchion, which makes sense as it was earlier than mine. If only I could find the thread!

I have found the thread with the earlier Q. Who knows why I thought it was in the 309,000 block! So, it is slightly earlier than mine, in the 311,000 block.
